Delivery Terms: The product(s) will be shipped to the specified address. Delivery will be completed within a maximum of seven (7) business days after order confirmation. The shipping fee is limited to the stated amount unless otherwise specified. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer. For returns, the buyer must prepay the shipping fee. If unpaid, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the buyer via bank transfer (EFT) or credit card.
Refund Process: Once the return is approved, the seller must refund the buyer within 14 business days. Refunds are processed via IBAN (EFT) or to the buyer’s credit card.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & EXCHANGE
4.1 Withdrawal & Exchange Period: The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal or request an exchange within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
4.2 How to Withdraw: To use the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via email ([email protected]). The buyer may also contact our WhatsApp line (+90 533 788 20 70) to confirm receipt of the email.
4.3 Cases Where Withdrawal Is Not Allowed: If the product has been opened, used, or not washed according to the care instructions (e.g., dry cleaning), the return will not be accepted. Products that have been used or are hygiene-sensitive (e.g., underwear, cosmetics) cannot be returned. Returned items will be inspected for damage or user-related issues before approval.
4.4 Exchange Process: Exchange requests must be made within seven (7) days. The buyer is responsible for selecting the correct size and color. If more information is needed, the buyer may contact the seller before purchase. In case of exchange, the returned product will undergo quality control for damage, shrinkage, discoloration, or accessory issues. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 4.5 No Returns or Exchanges for Discounted Items: Discounted products are final sale. Buyers must confirm size, color, and measurements before ordering, as returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY
If the product is defective, the return shipping cost is covered by the seller. The seller is responsible under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. See clause 4.3 for exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
GENERAL TERMS
The buyer confirms understanding of the product’s key features, price, payment method, and delivery terms. For orders placed with cash-on-delivery, if the buyer refuses delivery without valid reason, the seller has the right to charge both outbound and return shipping fees. These fees are limited to the seller’s contracted cargo rates. If the buyer uses a different shipping company, the actual paid fee will be deducted.
